Do I need to pay for shipping?
We ship all orders for FREE via Regular USPS.
How long does it take to receive an order?
The handling time is 3-7 business days. After the order is processed it is sent out for delivery via Regular USPS. The delivery time depends on the company’s shipping time.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a shipping number via email. You will be able to track the order with the provided number.
My package says delivered but I haven’t recived it yet.
Your package will mostly arrive between 3-7 business days. Sometimes, it might take longer due to the shipping company’s policy. Please, make sure to provide a safe and correct delivery address as we do not take responsibility on lost parcels.
Payments
At Orlasilver we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and payments made through PayPal. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Our products are personalized and hand-crafted according to your specific design and request. We will start production of your order upon confirmation of payment.
If you wish to pay with your credit card, please use the "Proceed to Checkout" option on the shopping cart page. You may pay using your Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Discovery, Diners card, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
In addition, you can use PayPal. There is no need to be a PayPal member in order to pay with credit card through PayPal. Please use the "Checkout With PayPal" option on the shopping cart page.
Our payment system has 2048 bit encryption and secure servers which enables you to make your payment with complete confidence.
Your credit card information is not processed through or stored on Orla Silver servers, and no information is ever released to a third party.
